Siderit Classic Gin

Among its botanicals is Syderitis Hissopifolia or rock tea, a plant endemic to the Picos de Europa that gives the Gin its name and makes a unique and incomparable product. Gin Siderit, is a Dry Gin made in Cantabria, distilled from rye alcohol.

It is distilled from the maceration of twelve botanicals and two distillations in equipment made of glass that eliminates flavors and scentg. Each distillation is equivalent to five distillations in a traditional alembic. Other botanicals are the Jamaican flower that gives us the floral aroma and the freshness in the aftertaste. The mandarin rind and pink pepper give the touch of sweetness on the palate. Angelica root, cardamom and cinnamon provide the dry character. Finally, the almond provides the smoothness of the distillate.
